You are more than welcome to watch me do the repair. We also pay more than anyone in town for your used or broken jewelry.

Andrea is very friendly.
Purchased ring on my credit card and receipt clearly says NO CASH REFUNDS. Ex boyfriend took ring into store with sob story and no receipt and was given full refund in CASH!! Verified with employee that cash refund was given to him. Spoke with Matt and was told he can change policy however he chooses. Very poor business and sketchy don't ever go there!

Boyfriend purchased a ring using a shared credit card account. His name is on the card. He brought the ring back in and had me size it down from a 7 to 4 1/2. When he came back to pick up the ring he mentioned that he would like to return it. If there was a negative number on the rating chart, I would have selected that.... They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. They can't just change policy to cover their poor decisions. NO CASH REFUNDS..... Watch your backs people if you decide to do business with these people.
