I literally did not sit down in the waiting room, but went straight back to an exam room and was treated very kindly. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. I had a cleaning, and a temporary crown installed in about 90 minutes total. I am not sure that I would say that going to the dentist is ever pleasant, but going to Dr. Pawlus is as close as it gets. Highly recommended.
