I had my quarterly cleaning, but also came in with a sore tooth and gum. I always schedule with Sarah to do the cleanings. She is thorough, intuitively knows when I need suction, ensures that she is not pinching my lips when cleaning my teeth, knows how to do X Rays without being uncomfortable, and has a great bed side manner. Dr Pawlus examined my sore tooth and gums, did not see any damage, and said that I may still be sore for a couple days. After a couple days I developed a fever and chills.
