Wonderful, welcoming, knowledgeble staff. ... Wonderful, welcoming, knowledgeble staff. So excited to have this new experience of having my teeth whitened. Pleasant visit. My only negative comment would be the noise level. Louder than any dentist/doctor office I have been on. The water feature is Very nice but too loud to be relaxing. Everything else....fabulous!
I HAVE A DENTAL PHOBIA, SO ANY VISIT TO A DENTIST IS TRAUMATIC FOR ME. I WENT TO DR. PAWLUS'S OFFICE YESTERDAY, AND EVERYONE THERE MADE ME FEEL SO COMFORTABLE. ALL THE DENTAL ASSISTANTS WERE SO NICE AND FRIENDLY, AND THEY WERE AWESOME WORKING WITH ME WITH INSURANCE STUFF AND MONEY. DR. PAWLUS WAS KNOWLEDGABLE AND PERSONABLE. I CAN'T BELIEVE I'VE WASTED ALL THIS TIME WITH OTHER DENTISTS!

Great customer service; got me in and out. You have TV's on the ceiling, but they don't work; allowing the customer to turn them on to whatever channel they want would be amazing!
