My burger was overcooked but otherwise was one of the best I've had in a while. Very good service.
In town on vacation and decided to stop in since I saw the triple D episode and the burgers looked delicious. Burgers were on point!!! My husband and I both had super tasty burgers cooked exactly the way we ordered them. And the sweet potato fries were some of the best I've ever tried! My only reason for not giving it 5 stars - service was slow. The staff was friendly, but having been a server myself for 10+ years I know the industry and know she was slacking. We had a minimum wait. We were not asked if we preferred inside or outside seating. We were seated outside. Our waitress was SLOW. The food was good, however, they were not accommodating with a request for cheddar cheese melted on the fries, instead of the jalapeño cheese. I also asked for a side of the jalapeño cheese dip and I did not receive it. We were there almost an hour and a half and only saw our waitress 3 times.

Last night's visit to Pawleys was a big disappointment. We usually have a good experience and love the food, but last night the hostess was rude and uptight, the mahi mahi salad was extremely salty, burger (asked for med rare) was well done and we got put out on the porch next to a table of loud, drunk women who left (what we hope was) beer all over their chair for the next patron to sit in. I kid you not!

Our visits are usually fairly quick and waitress usually attentive. Our visit on the evening of 9/17/16 was the worse. We were seated on the patio. Waitress was obviously overloaded. She was slow to bring our drinks. She did not check on us more than once or twice. Food took longer than usual, but it did taste good. Another VERY drunk patron at the next table was very disruptive, loud and obnoxious. She kept screaming "f" bombs, telling another young patron at the bar that he should "f#*k" her daughter!
