Very professional and respectful. They literally transformed my dog and were very effective. I was very happy to see my dog nice and shine
I use to like this place until today! My dogs appointment was at 10am! They havnt touched her yet! (it's 5:20pm now!) If you were in the business of bad customer service you would have received a five star!

Never ! Never will I ever take my dogs here again. My bulldog was supposed to be out in an hour and didn't come out in four hours.when I picked him up it seemed like he was going to have a heart attack or faint I gave him water to see if it would calm down the breathing but it did not work I don't know what they did to him for him to be breathing so heavily because he didn't even smell good they did not cut his nails nothing!
