We have been taking our schnauzer to this groomer for a while now. Today we experienced some excellent customer service! During the grooming process, our dog received a small cut. This happened because our dog was fairly matted and tangled. The young lady at the shop took full responsibility for the cut! She even told us that if we felt a trip to the veterinary office was in order, the shop would cover it! We brought our German Shepard and Rottweiler to Paws twice already and definitely plan on coming back. Dogs come back super clean, brushed well which helps tremendously with their shedding, and smell great the longest in comparison to other places we've taken them to. They are priced really well too. Thanks!

I love them! My honey bunny smells and looks amazing.
They did so good with my German Shepard. She smells good and looks great! The price wasn't bad at all which is an added bonus.
