My Cupcake Loveds Johnny! Johny loves my Baby! Cupcake gas a lot of anxiety and Johnny is so sensitive to get needs. We have taken Cupcake for over 29 years and all of our dogs over 17. We started with our Silky who was very nervous. This salon for dogs is phenomenal! I love them and won't go anywhere else.
When you tell people that you have an Old English Sheepdog rescue who's never been to a groomer before, most of them don't even want to see your dog. I was told by 3 separate groomers to take my dog to my vet for either sedation or anti-anxiety pills, and they hadn't even met her! But Paw Spa got her in with no problems, relatively quickly, they were great in their interactions with her, it was an immediately comfortable environment, she did great with them, and her hair cut was adorable and exactly what I'd asked for. Took my chihuahua to get her teeth and nails done. It's not the first time she's been there. The lady was rude and tried to muzzle my dog. She has never had a problem get her nails and teeth done before.
We visited Paw Spa with our first dog from puppy until she passed away. They were so good at grooming and showing her love. They were one of my first calls I made when she died. Now we are back with our new wild and crazy male puppy. Rinna, Savannah and staff are so sweet to him, as well. I can’t even believe they were able to touch him. I had no expectations when I picked him up and he was PERFECT and they were able to even trim his nails. We love PAW SPA!!
