It was our first time boarding our cat. The staff was very kind and helpful, making sure that we had all the correct documentation and giving suggestions to help make sure our boy was comfortable. We were able to bring our own food and toys, so that was really nice.
Dog loves them
Have boarded and had play dates. My boy always comes home in great shape and exhausted from playing! Everyone greets him when we arrive like he is their own. We have been customers with 3 different dogs and different owners and it is always a good experience!
Coco always come home happy and healthy.
-outdated facility -cash cow by charging extra for morning drop offs for working adults (nickel and diming hard working people) -terrible hours (closes at 4 pm some days) -inflexible, lack of adaptability for clients who have supported this mom and pop clinic for years -goodbye to future business with my family
