We have used another groomer for our 8 month old Bernadoodle, but they were booked up. When we arrived 4/30/24 with our dog we informed the staff that she had a few clumps of matted hair under her chin, but otherwise no problem. We received a phone call a couple of hours later telling us that they could not brush her out, they needed to clip her shorter.
