** I wanted to Edit to add a new review** My husband and I come here a lot. Their coffee is good but pricey and for almost the same price we can go to Blendin and get ever higher quality coffee. We come to Pavón because we liked the seasonal offerings. Today however, I got the Strawberry matcha. The matcha is low quality. It’s murky, silty, and has a low quality flavor. I absolutely love your coffee shop and come here all the time, so I was honestly really excited to see you guys at the event today. Unfortunately, the experience left me pretty disappointed. The girl handing out the coffees was extremely rude. I completely understand that vendors may have different rules, and I didn’t mind paying for a coffee or even leaving a tip.
