Experienced a family trauma and Anna worked me in on very short notice as we had to travel out of state. Cut and color takes time and being a bit scattered anna asked if i wanted to be pampered. What a pleasant and calming experience with a heat pack for my shoulders, a long and fabulous head massage helped me relax and aroma therapy was a pleasant surprise! I love Emily's creativity with my hair and expertise as an artist. I always leave Pavo feeling refreshed and pampered. The staff at the entrance are always very friendly and the atmosphere inviting.
