Our experience with Pavin Caffe has been amazing. We bought the Jura X8 Super Automatic Espresso machine for our new office at Yonge & Sheppard. Gabor personally delivered the machine and set it up. It included the best Italian Coffee, and all the supplies you need. The service is the best in my experience. They also followed up to make sure everything was okay. I recently purchased a few syrup flavors, and I was really disappointed with the packaging. While I had high hopes for the syrups themselves, the way they are packaged made the experience frustrating. I ended up wasting more syrup than I should have due to the poor packaging. They needs to rethink their packaging system .It’s frustrating to have to deal with messy packaging when all I want is a good cup of coffee. If i could put 0 starts that would be more accurate. Until then, I’ll be looking for alternatives.

I ordered a Jura E8 - Piano Black coffee machine from Pavin Caffe in December 2023. It was supposed to arrive before Christmas. Unfortunately, there were delays on the deliveries to Canada and it did not arrive as expected. I called Gabor to see what could be done as I really wanted it before Christmas. Although it was completely out of his control, he gave me a loaner machine that I could use until mine showed up.
