I've been living here 4yrs and I pray I never have to move. It's quiet and close enough to things and places I need. Working with Louis and Craig in the office, has been a good experience. Living here has made my move to FW the best decision ever.
My experience living at The Pavilion At Samuels was horrible! I stayed in a one bedroom on the first floor for a year and this is what I experienced. 1. My entire apartment flooded (pictures attached) 2. They sprayed my apartment multiple times for roaches, but the roaches kept coming back 3. There are three loud industrial size air conditioning units located next to the bedroom window which makes it difficult to sleep
I have lived here for two years ... And the staff ( Craig and Luis ) are always friendly. . . And more than willing to address my needs .
Ive moved in a month ago and honestly i love it so much ive never seen any bugs or anything like that the neighborhood is quiet everyone keeps to themselves craig and luis in the office are the best !!! The help with anything you need as quickly as possible the maintenance man are amazing to they had to come and fix my Ac when i first moved in got it done quick fast with a smile ! Im honestly so happy i chose the pavilion at samuels to be my home !
