Good general area to live in, walking distance to both King and Queen West and a Nofrills is just steps away. But as a current resident, that's the only positive here. The worst part is the building is full of mice and roaches, and every apartment is affected. I think it's the way this old building was made, the walls and the floor haven't been sealed properly and the roaches keep coming back a few days after pest control.
