I just joined up with this pharmacy and I am very impressed. The staff are always friendly. The app is fluid & easy to use. I have visited and utilized a great many pharmacies in my time & this is one of the best. I am very happy I transferred to this location. Thank you. Cheers!!
The pharmacists at this location seem completely incompetent. Told in advance that they have brand name available only to be told at pickup they only have the generic and I shouldn't care. Been told that a prescription drug is no longer manufactured when in reality it was their distributor who stopped carrying it. Got tired of being lied to by multiple people, so now going elsewhere.
Don't understand such poor reviews. Staff is very friendly and always tries to help. Their hands are tied for many insurance reasons.
Terrible experience. The lack of communication between the pharmacy, doctor’s office, and insurance company is insane. I’ve been calling about getting my prescription for the last month but something is always wrong. I tried to call them, they put me on hold for over 30 min, but when I called them off my friend’s phone they immediately answered and then denied that they were avoiding my call. They’re super unhelpful and have my made life more stressful. TERRIBLE!!!
