6 month check up and cleaning done by Krina Patel , worst cleaning I have experience and heavy handed in the many years of going to the dentist
RecommendedFull mouth deep root planing and scaling was PRITI awesome. I barely passed college Algebra, but now I’m all done with all the calculus 😉 Dr. Vest explained every step of my filling. All in one visit, 2.25 hrs. I will definitely be back for routine dental treatments!
The office manager is unprofessional and rude. The quoted my wife for a filling at $900. She asked for another option. They gave her the option that our insurance would pay for everything. Done! The manager tried to call and reschedule last minute, which was not possible. A callback a little later stated that the price was now up to $300. Very rude manager when canceling all appointments and stating we will take our business elsewhere. Managers response, "Ok, goodluck with that" DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE CROOKS!
They got me in right away(even as a new patient). Their staff was very helpful and the Dr was caring!
I have had many dentists over the years. Many tried to rip me off financially even though I am retired with limited funds. That was not the case at Pavilions. The staff went the extra mile to help me
Dr. Lavinia Dinea-Berci is exceptional! Knowledgeable, caring dentist. Always excellent care there, wonderful support staff as well.
From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with a friendly smile. Dr. Vest greeted me and explained every procedure that I would have. The entire staff was so friendly. Being a first time patient, this was very important for me. I felt totally relaxed.The cleanliness of the office was impressive to say the least.
