Marvin, the maintenance guy, is so nice and welcoming. He was laid back and came to my apartment with wonderful timing! Fixed the issue I had and I really enjoyed talking with him, too. (I’m in the apartment he actually lived in before me!) Super awesome guy! Thank you, Marvin!
