This place sucked. It was terribly constructed with cracks in the walls and ceiling. Large water stains on the ceiling in multiple rooms. Soft spot on one of the walls. Possible black mold toxicity since I was consistently showing the symptoms the whole time I was living there. It was hard to get sleep because of a persistent humming sound each night. Tiana was a great on customer service and a great on the tour of apartment looks nice
I lived at Pavilions at Arrowhead for two+ year and it was by far the BEST apartment experience! The two bedroom was very spacious and fit my every need. My children absolutely loved the complex and we would walk it daily. The management team was very responsive and professional, always quick to address any concern and maintenance need. SO sorry that we had to move due to outgrowing the apartment. 10/10 would reccomend!
