Pavilion Apartments is such a great experience. The staff truly makes a difference here. Ofelia, the community manager, goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of and heard. Olivia, the assistant manager, is always professional, attentive, and quick to help with any concerns. This place sucked. It was terribly constructed with cracks in the walls and ceiling. Large water stains on the ceiling in multiple rooms. Soft spot on one of the walls. Possible black mold toxicity since I was consistently showing the symptoms the whole time I was living there. It was hard to get sleep because of a persistent humming sound each night.
