The best nail place I have been to in all my years here in Alpharetta! The service is amazing, and it is such a comfortable environment!
At this point I’ve given this place so many chances. They do decent work but the customer service is probably my least favorite quality. They never disclose up charges and tell you if something is more? Twice this has happened to me where they recommend something and then it ends up being $20 more when I leave. The front desk staff are terrible at their jobs. They’re children. One dude there has a major attitude and the young women in the front doesn’t understand customer service.
