I didn't have an issue with this place until recently. I called for an ultrasound and I wasn't told until the day of my appointment I needed a doctors order which is understandable... I was told to rush to the office to be seen by a dr and get the ultrasound done the same day. I rushed to get over there and unfortunately had an accident on the highway. I called to express this to the office and let them know and I had to fight the no show fee because they wanted to change me regardless of me communicating what had happened. ... read more
I’ve been with Pavilion for Women’s Health since I was in high school, and they’ve always taken such good care of me. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and truly makes you feel heard and respected. They go above and beyond to make each visit comfortable and informative. I’m so grateful to have a place that genuinely cares about women’s health and well-being!
Dr. Runyon is my Angel. He is a brilliant human being with a heart of Gold. I am blessed to be able to call him my doctor.
Best OBGYN in Miami ! Super friendly , clean and caring. Dr. Runyon has delivered all 4 of my babies (16,14,9yrs & 10 month old) ! They will answer any questions you might have. JUANA HANDS DOWN IS THE BEST including my lab ladies 🥰 ! Dr. Jess is also great!
This place is a joke. I came to accompany my sister, her appointment was at 9:30 and we waited until 2 pm with a toddler because they didn’t care. They don’t respect the appointment times and they have terrible customer service. Is insane how they treat patients , they don’t even respect other people’s time. We wont come back at all
