I never had a problem with this place, I think they recently got a new receptionist. But she’s not professional at all. I called once to see if my doctor could prescribe me medication and the receptionist told me no, which is odd because any doctor can prescribe you medication if you’re already a patient without an appointment it’s very common and I’ve done it before she told me to give her time to notify The Assistant. I didn't have an issue with this place until recently. I called for an ultrasound and I wasn't told until the day of my appointment I needed a doctors order which is understandable... I was told to rush to the office to be seen by a dr and get the ultrasound done the same day. I rushed to get over there and unfortunately had an accident on the highway. I called to express this to the office and let them know and I had to fight the no show fee because they wanted to change me regardless of me communicating what had happened. ... read more
I’ve been with Pavilion for Women’s Health since I was in high school, and they’ve always taken such good care of me. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and truly makes you feel heard and respected. They go above and beyond to make each visit comfortable and informative. I’m so grateful to have a place that genuinely cares about women’s health and well-being!
Dr. Runyon is my Angel. He is a brilliant human being with a heart of Gold. I am blessed to be able to call him my doctor.
