Fantastic prices and incredible service!
Over the course of two years, I made several purchases from Pavilion Florist. The floral arrangements were "good enough" to merit giving them repeat business. Sadly, the order I placed last Valentine's Day was much less than satisfactory. When I picked up the flowers, Jeanie's elderly father handed me a lean arrangement with a scant few flowers.
