I had the worst experience today at this location due to a customer service named Robin. I arrived earlier than my husband and kid’s swimming card is in my husband’s car. When I entered the hall, this Robin asked me if I have the card, I explained to her, she was very impatient and stopped me, she asked me to have a picture of the card, I said I could ask my husband but he’s driving, not sure he could send over the photo right away. Lots of lanes available
We were from out of town. They were hospitable and inviting. The facility was clean and well maintained. We did lap swimming for around an hour. It was a good experience.
