The worst apartment complex we've ever lived in. There's absolutely no customer service from the office staff after you move in. At first, they promise you the world, but then it's all just excuses. Everything is in disrepair. There's never any parking after 9 pm, even though there are plenty of vacant apartments. There are more car salespeople than regular tenants. They only know how to send automatic messages saying that it is solved, but in reality they have never gone to my house to do the fumigation. I don't know why they keep hiring and having inept and incompetent people like the workers of this place. I am writing to follow up on the serious issue I have been experiencing in my apartment regarding the water. Earlier today, around 12:05 PM, I spoke with the manager in the office about this ongoing problem. Unfortunately, she did not seem to take my concern seriously. I even brought a bottle of water from my apartment as a sample, but she refused to take it or examine it.
