Update: a few months ago I left this review about the maintenance being a huge issue. Since then, I would say that the maintenance has improved and has had faster turnaround time than before, I hope they keep it up! I do like living in this complex, regardless of its flaws that others mention on the reviews here. I hope we can continue to live here and have minimal issues. I've lived at Pavilion at Lake Eve for approximately three weeks, and the maintenance guys have been so wonderful, kind, and most importantly, professional. They helped me with a few minor items without complaining or diminishing my needs at the time of move-in. I feel they have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome at Pavilion at Lake Eve. I'm happy I chose to live at this lovely apartment home complex.
READ ALL. IT'S ROACH INFESTED!!! THE WHOLE COMPLEX IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES. We came to live here thinking it would be an upgrade from our previous complex with a better pricing, then started realizing that we made a big mistake. 1- No mater how clean we keep the apartment, I still have to spray over 10 roaches daily, in all sizes. 2- Water pressure drops when the neighbors above open their faucets. 3- I've placed around 10 maintanance requests and about half have been answered. 4- Apartment halways are always incredibly fil... read more
A month living here and still don't have access to the facilites (pool, fitness, etc.)
Its been almost 10 days with washer machine out of order!! Maintenance request still waiting, i went to the office 5 times, and you know what was the manager answer “there’s more important things that your washer machine, maybe maybe at the end of the week we can check it out!! What do you think about it?
