After getting several quotes from different companies, we chose Paver Solutions because of their communication and the value! We are extremely pleased with the end results. We did not have the simplest of jobs (pool deck and coping, sun deck with a retaining wall and front walkway) but the crew was professional, capable, and responsive! I wish I had read all of the negative reviews for Paver Solutions before contracting them. My experience has been almost identical to the ones listed here. The most amazing thing is that the owner Aaron is completely tone deaf to the poor workmanship and tries to argue his way out of everything rather than face the facts that he has a serious issue with quality. His arrogance is over the top. DO NOT USE PAVER SOLUTIONS.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I really don't know where to begin but I will try. 1st the right hand does not speak to the left. Meaning that the office does not communicate their orders to the field and the field installers came to the job and complained about their interpretation of the plan versus what I (the customer) agreed to and paid for. Additionally their installer lead was a complete whiner that should never deal with customers. Looking back at our records there was a tremendous amount of documented communication on this project so the claim that the right hand does not speak to the left is completely false. In one of our first conversations he was adamant about some sort of a discount, seeing that we were a service disabled veteran owned small business and he was a disabled vet.
