Office Manager Shenella is extremely rude. She is a poor representation of PENN Medicine
I was giving two options about my health, non-invasive and invasive. I told him what I wanted (invasive) and he basically took one of my options back because he feels though I don't need it. He did not let me get one word out of my mouth. Just a terrible experience all around. Won't be going back to him.
Dr. Atluri is kind, professional, humble, honest, patient, and skilled.
