We are happy with the quality of the cabinets, but the project was left unfinished, as we found uninstalled pieces left behind in our garage. We have attempted to contact Al via email twice—once in early May and again this week—but have received zero response. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with this level of customer service and to have paid for an incomplete installation.
