They are terrible they came to "fix" our furnace 5 times and wiggled wires til it would run again told us we needed a part that didn't fix anything and the day I brought home our brand new baby our furnace had quit and it was -40° They tried charging us for all the service calls when nothing was ever fixed. Ended up only paying for the part since it was now "used" in our now junk furnace and then we received a letter from them that said we could never call them again in the future... not like I planned on it anyway!
