Overall disappointing. Had a brand new heat pump system installed and so far had to do three service calls because the system either was not cooling or heating correctly. Currently the system is not working and waiting on a fourth service call to fix the problem. The system is less than 5 months old. Best Price i got for a whole new HVAC system and Marc / Christian spent all day installing it. Obviously way too early to tell the longevity of this unit but they seemed to do a great job and were really kind and informative when i asked a ton of questions during the install.
Used them 4 times. Tyler really cares about the customers.
This is my second time using Paulson AC and they are amazing. The technician that came out was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them.
Paulson VERY DEFINITELY rates a 5 star rating for quick response, professional workmanship, the necessary and very helpful explanations and friendly demeanor of their technician, Tyler, and the fact that our problem was fixed with NO upselling or trying to sell us something we did not need. Paulson Air Conditioning is a company we very definitely recommend!
