Last fall we had our windows washed. We are writing this now since it is window washing season. Everything looked fine...at first. A few days later, we noticed that they had broken many of the wood grids of our fairly new Andersen windows. It amounted to several hundred dollars worth of damage. We were home at the time they were washing the windows. They did not indicate they were having any difficulty or that there was a problem. I could have shown them how to take the grids out.
