I bought a rare 4runner from Tim at Paul’s trading station three months and couldn’t have had a better experience. I drove from Florida after talking with Tim over the phone and arrive late however the whole team was kind enough to wait after hours. I didn’t have to haggle on the price as it was at a number that I feel the truck was easily worth. Drove to Nashville that night and got my cowboy on then back down to Florida and had me a tall beer, smooth sailing ever since!
We had a good experience buying a car for my teen daughter with Paul's Trading Station and our salesman Ron Crutcher. The Carfax on the Honda Civic that we purchased did not show that the vehicle had been in an accident and had defective headlights installed. Mr. Crutcher took the car back for repairs and it's literally a night and day difference. Thank you for making it right and helping to keep my daughter safe.
I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this man. First of all it had 0 gas in it- to even test drive it. Too cheap to put gas in the car. Now we take it to dealership to get transmission serviced and check a leak we seen to learn the radiator has a leak from someone working on it that obviously didn’t know what they were doing. He did offer to get “his guy” to work on it but how can you trust a man that sold it to you KNOWING it had a problem. CAN’T AND WILL NOT. Lesson learned!
After a bad accident we had to replace my vehicle. They were very honest and up front about their vehicles and I am driving a Honda Pilot that we love. We have had it for over a year with no issues. HIGHLY recommend.
Disappointed at the deception and misrepresentation by Paul's Trading Station. My husband NEVER would have bought the 2010 Lexus if he had seen the smoke problem. But, because they started the car before my husband arrived to test drive it, they concealed a major and expensive engine problem.
