Called last night with an emergency, and Paul's Septic was out fixing the problem early this morning. Found out the original installer failed to put a disposable filter in the box installed for one, so they installed a better one that can be serviced easily. They're professional and friendly, and I feel we got a fair price. Will use again.
A year ago we had a so called Big company come out and pump out our septic tank and after all was said and done it the price jumped up to over $1000. When Paul's opened up our tank it looked like it hasn't been opened in 10 years. Ron and Lil Ron pumped it out and back washed it till it was clean and for half the price. We will only use Paul's from now on and recommend them to all our friends and family The Holbrooks.

I fell for one of the cheap priced companies at first. When they arrived, their $189 special jumped to $3200. I was terrified. My husband found a local guy named Paul, who also worked on septic tanks. We gave him a call and he repaired our septic for half of what the bigger 'pinker" outfit had quoted. Thank you, Ron

Ive dealt with multiple plumbing and septic companies over the years. Paul is by far the best I've ever dealt with. This really is a small business, every time I've used them its either Paul or his dad that actually show up on the job. Great company.

Saved by Paul's Septic. Paul came out and serviced our tank today, pumped tank for the exact price he quoted me over the phone, found a cracked pipe and was able to repair it on the spot. Great communication, would highly recommend this company.
We have used Paul's Septic Service twice; once to install a new tank, and recently for pumping and field line repair. We are immensely satisfied with the service he provides. His pricing is also far more reasonable than those of any other service providers that we received quotes from.
