Paul's Motor Car Service did a fantastic job on my 2003 VW PASSAT. When no one else could figure out the issues. Bob was on it and had the issues resolved in a few days. Now the car runs like new. Took my 09 Volkswagen Jetta here for a diagnostic on a clutch pressure issue. I got told that my clutch was bad and he quoted me over 3,000$ because they had to be “Volkswagen Parts” I took some time to look at the car myself and found out it was simply low on clutch fluid. I do not reccomend.
Bob is a nice guy, straight forward. I was quoted to repair a part he said did not need repair. Great turn around. Thanks Bob!
I started coming here after receiving a very questionable quote for work needed on my VW Tiguan at a local dealership. If you want honest, quality work- come here! Bob ( the owner) looks for ways to extend your cars life rather than having to replace. He is very knowledgeable and skilled. I have a VW that had an oil consumption problem and was needing to add 1 qt every 300 miles. Bob came up with a solution that likely saved my engine and my wallet.
