I am very disappointed with this store. My diamond engagement ring has lost its diamond. It was barely 2 years old. I'm wearing a diamond ring that is currently 20 years old that has seen way more wear and tear and the same activities of daily living as the newer ring. Neither ring has ever been serviced or checked periodically. The diamond was not secure obviously. It was never caught on anything either. I'll stick with the other jeweler.
