FOLLOW-UP. My contractor came over to put my drapes back up. Being the "REAL PROFESSIONAL" that he is unlike Paul's Draperies, he checked the ceiling where they were hung and stated the guy from Paul's missed the wood plank, didn't drill into the wood which it was just screwed into the sheet rock! With the weight of the drapes it was bound to fall. (Have pictures and videos) My contractor also stated he was called to re-hang drapes for another client who used Paul's as well and were told like me they weren't going to do anyt... read more
