FOLLOW-UP. My contractor came over to put my drapes back up. Being the "REAL PROFESSIONAL" that he is unlike Paul's Draperies, he checked the ceiling where they were hung and stated the guy from Paul's missed the wood plank, didn't drill into the wood which it was just screwed into the sheet rock! With the weight of the drapes it was bound to fall. They did my drapery and unlike the quality of drapes we had growing up that just hung up for decades, only after a few years I pulled the cord to close my drapes last night and the entire rod fell on my head. I called the owner just now and not only was he going to charge me to fix them but he was nasty, argued with me, told me if it was a car you'd have to pay for a tune up which I agree to that), talked over me, started yelling at me.
