I stopped to ask for a written estimate the secretary said I need a appt I gave her my phone number she said she would call me. Never did. So I called back and asked her when I can come in to get a written estimate on the damages of my car I was recently hit by another car. Anyway she would not give me a appt unless I gave her the claim number.
