Terrible communication, said they came back out to correct but never did. Denied additional service when asked.

We Fix the communication problem, as a small business I can't be at the office all the time answering the phone, but will hire a assistant. About Denied additional service, we don't do lawn maintenance in your area just Landscape, sorry about any inconvenience, as you can see most my reviews are 5.0 we try hard to keep that way and every customer are important to us.

When I used the Home Advisor Web search engine to query a list of Landscape Design and Installation, Paulo's Lawn Care was the only one who called me within 30 minutes of submitting a request for bids. Ine other Landscaper cintacted me the next day, however, presented too many obsticles, so I made an appointment with Paulo who shiwed up the same day.
