I've been with Eric Paulos Insurance for about 15 years, maybe more. His rates are among the lowest, but that doesn't cut back on his service. For example, a few years ago, in one of our apartment units, the toilet's flex line broke and flooded the entire unit, resulting in damaged carpets, furnishings, etc. Tenant's rental insurance had lapsed, but Eric was able to provide funds for replacement of the damaged items. Eric went beyond the call of duty. That's one of the reasons I insure our apartments with him.
Eric is incredible to work with and finds me the best value! He is very thorough, detailed and always very helpful. I did one insuance policy with Eric and it was such a great expereince, I switched my entire portfolio over to Eric. He has saved me thousands of dollars with better coverage than I had before.
