I was referred to the Paulk Clinic after I had an automobile accident in Oct 2018. My lower back was in giving me a lot of unbearable pain. The staff there were extremely professional, friendly and very accommodating to my medical needs. I’m proud to say as of Jan 2019 my lower back pain is completely gone.
