Doctor T. takes time to review patient history, symptoms and health in a holistic way, caring for all aspects of an individual and contextualizing care and follow-up in a way that is individualized and relevant. She listens attentively and works to address any health issues or concerns in a proactive and thorough manner. She is an excellent physician, and her patients are fortunate to have her on on our healthcare team.
On my first visit she gave me plenty of time to discuss my concerns. She made me feel comfortable and at ease.
Very nice listen to what I had to say
She has been my PCP for a few years, in July I found a lump on my breast, saw the NP she said no worries it's fibrous tissue, I said "we're two weeks away from my yearly mammogram can we just book it", my life has never been the same, I have had a mastectomy, has a 12cm tumor (slow growth, non aggressive), and I never miss a mammogram, i'll be starting radiation soon. honestly I am furious with the whole Lowell General medical system, they are the worst, they take people for granted. I've been going to Dana Farber, make the ... read more
She was too busy to talk to my sister about her concern. My sister tried to get in touch with her about a condition that she has been dealing with for months. This doctor didn’t even care. She saw my sister 2 weeks ago, told her that she is fine. 2 weeks later my sister got admitted and had an emergency surgery due to the problem that this doctor said it was fine. I don’t think this doctor see you as a person and care for you. My niece cried for days thinking she’ll lose her mom. You are the doctor and people put their trust... read more
Dr. Tsirigotis does not follow up with patients with critical care issues. You will be lucky if you ever actually see her or receive calls back from her. She has little concern for actually following through with patients issues, you will just feel like a number. I was diagnosed with a form of cancer, had major surgery, and another health crisis all within 6 months and never once got a call from her office except when they wanted to deny a referral.
Dr. Tsirigotis has gone above and beyond for me. She truly has shown she cares and knows who I am. Anytime I have a question she answers in less than a day. She listens to me and I feel respected.
Dr. T is the best! I've been seeing her for years now and no matter where I live (as long as it's in MA) I will always go to her. She takes her time to listen and you never feel rushed, she explains everything thoroughly and is so easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Dr. Tsirigotis.
Best primary care physician I've ever had! You never feel rushed, she explains everything thoroughly and is so easy to talk to.
