TERRIBLE. Seems like she wants to be kind, but zero customer service, poor communication, talked about prior patient telling her she shouldn't be a doctor. She walked out of the room, I thought she was going to get something, but she didn't come back - sent the nurse in instead. Hadn't said hello or goodbye. I really tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, saw her a few times, every visit was worse, even on video visit she was so difficult, cruddy attitude.

I love Dr. Miller; she is such an incredible physician and really cares about her patients. She always is ahead on my records and response to me right away when I contact her office with questions.

Had me make many appointments I believe were unnecessary just so her office could bill my insurance more..very rude staff....a doctor in it for the money primarily
Although I have moved from northwestern Las Vegas, I must say that Dr. Pauline Miller is an outstanding physician. I have complete trust in her skills, knowledge and ability. My husband and I felt like we received exceptionally good health care from her. I would highly recommend her, great internist. Since moving, I am sad to say that I have not found a physician that I have liked and trusted as well as Dr. Miller. I would highly recommend her to family and friends!
HIPA practices were not kept. Rescheduled my appointment, then rescheduled again, only to cancel it. NEVER took notes or wrote anything down after the first visit. Unprofessional.
