I saw the good reviews and decided to give them a call to inquire about using my insurance allowance to purchase contact lenses. The girl who answered the call was very rude and said I need to call the insurance company to obtain that information or make an appointment with them first. Never heard of this kind of business practice for an optometry office. I felt like was talking to those shady salespeople at car dealerships. Everyone there is really nice & professional
Everyone in this office was really nice and informative. Dr. Tiffany Kwong and staff were very patient with my special needs grown son. I'm so grateful for there care. I can't thank them enough.Dr. Kwong worked really hard to get the proper prescription for my son's eyes as he has comprehension issues.
