Paulena and her team go above and beyond for her clients! We met Paulena the first time trying to buy a foreclosure property that was a cash only sale! Not only did Paulena help to get the bank to agree with a financing option she also went out and bought a stove herself to put in the home so that we would be able to close on the house under the rules and restrictions with a foreclosure!! Paulina and her group went above and beyond to get my property sold. We had a few unforeseen events come our way. Paulina and the whole company had my back and were instrumental in getting me to the closing table with a positive outcome. Can't thank them enough for saving my sanity through it. We used Paulena to sell our home after using Liz from her group to purchase a home with a contingent offer. We had some hiccups with the selling process (ABSOLUTELY NO fault of hers) but we could not have asked for a better agent to help us sell our home. She was extremely helpful with navigating the hiccups for us and super quick to respond. Our house was under contract within a week of being on the market and had received multiple offers. I would use Paulena again in the future!!! Cannot recommend her enough.
