Paulena and her team go above and beyond for her clients! We met Paulena the first time trying to buy a foreclosure property that was a cash only sale! Not only did Paulena help to get the bank to agree with a financing option she also went out and bought a stove herself to put in the home so that we would be able to close on the house under the rules and restrictions with a foreclosure!! Paulina and her group went above and beyond to get my property sold. We had a few unforeseen events come our way. Paulina and the whole company had my back and were instrumental in getting me to the closing table with a positive outcome. Can't thank them enough for saving my sanity through it. Just going to miss them.

Paulena & Liz (and Ansley!) were extremely professional, easy to work with, and had the best communication through our bumps in the road (not any fault of theirs!). Our house was under contract within a week which was NEEDED to buy our dream home. I cannot recommend them enough and would use them again!!!
