Excellent service and repairs
I had my Tesla worked on after an accident at Paulee Body Shop. Rodney took great care of me - he made sure every detail was well documented for insurance and fixed to the highest standard. They are very responsive whenever I called and was happy to answer any question I had along the way. They even set everything up with a great rental car company that got me the same car. Thanks again to Rodney, Gus, and everyone at Paulee! My car looks great!!
I highly recommend Paulee's Body Shop! They did a spectacular repair on my vehicle that was hit in an accident. Gus was AMAZING!! They are extremely professional and work well with the insurance companies! Honestly, I was blown away with their terrific service, both on the customer side as well as the repair to my vehicle! My catalytic converter was stolen and Gus at Paulee turned a frustrating situation into a breeze! Their team was so kind in the office and they fixed my car so quickly. Gus was very kind and helpful. Last Tuesday, July 15, 2025, I took our 2024 Toyota Corolla 2024 hybrid to the Paulee Body Shop facility on la Cienega for an inspection . On my initial visit, a gentleman by name Gustavo inspected the car and he said that it may take up to 2-weeks to complete the repairs done to the bumper and wheel tire. After agreeing to have the work done there, Mr. Gustavo asked to bring the car back the next morning (Wednesday) which I did.
