I think its closed..
They started making noise at 7am thinking if they click their powerdrills for 1 second every 3 seconds they won't wake up the entire neighborhood. This has been going on for an hour now and its incredibly loud and annoying. It also sounds insane, this, "clicking of their loud instruments", its LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE to sleep through it
