Our family has been cared for by Dr Ulmer for 9 years. She’s amazing, kind, and professional. Can’t say enough great things about her and the family environment office. We love it.
Dr. Ulmer herself is a good eye dr but the rest of the staff is horrible.I brought a pair of broken glasses in and the assistant just put a random arm on it so I had two different temples! And that was the permanent solution not temporary! So weirdo that they thought that was ok. Then I suggested they call the maker of the glass to see if they would replace it which they did for free but they wanted to charge me over $100!I called the company directly who sent me brand new frames free!
Two visits and the prescription was wrong twice. I gave back the second pair and they charged me $288.
