Bad communication. Was told to do 12 sessions of PT by her nurse even though during my visit with Paula, PT was never discussed. Paula refused to do a peer to peer with my insurance company to bypass PT so I could get an MRI. Really frustrating.
Friend had an MRI report last Tuesday, friend got the MRI report on Wednesday on the patient portal - a week later this NP has YET to call my friend with results of her MRI, despite numerous phone calls to the clinic with various excuses for NP Stageman. Unprofessional concerning timely follow-up for patient reports.
HORRIBLY unprofessional. Lousy bedside manner & ZERO appropriate follow up in a timely manner. Would give zero stars if we could.
She is awsome, she takes time to listen to her patients. Since she has moved from the office I go to I miss having her for my care
