Paula is the BEST of the BEST. She came into our lives during a very challenging time -- 4 weeks postpartum with a baby who had already undergone several tongue tie procedures and previous lactation support that only made me feel more helpless. My wife and I wanted to speak to a Lactation Consultant because we were having issues with producing an over supply of breast milk which resulted in my wife getting mastitis (which was not fun). We asked for recommendations from a doula we worked with and also our midwife and they BOTH (independently) recommended Paula Santi. I cannot say enough amazing things about Paula! She helped me and my daughter through a prolonged rough patch of moving from bottle to breast. Paula has a very calming demeanor and what felt like endless patience and knowledge. She helped respond to my barrage of questions via emails and text and in the end really helped my daughter and I find our groove. Cannot recommend Paula highly enough!

Paula is a godsend. I was really struggling with breastfeeding my newborn and had a pretty good appointment with a consultant from the hospital where I delivered, but having Paula come to my home and be in my environment was a game changer. She is patient and compassionate but also extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I believe that I would not have been able to continue breastfeeding if not for her help. I can't recommend her highly enough.
