Dr Paula Mintchell and her team deserves the top spot in my opinion. As soon as she saw my kid, she was spot in in predicting my 5 year old's Astigmatism and within a couple of minutes of meeting my son, she accurately predicted the problems he would have been facing. She is definitely an expert in her field who is very experienced in handling kids. She was able to get all her checks done with my son without making him anxious. Dr Mintchell and her staff are professional and considerate. I highly recommend them, especially if you have very young kids who needs eye care. We visited Dr Mintchell since my daughter is 2 (astigmatisms). Her personality completely changed since she wore glasses, just as Dr. Mintchell suggested the first time we visited her. The nurse was so friendly with good memory, every 6 months we go there she would hide a lollipop in her back pocket and gives to my daughter after the examination is done:)
