I think Dr. Miner is a very good doctor. But her office staff does not give her any messages to return a call after five days. Put another call in still nobody returns my calls. I think I have somewhat of a serious condition, but apparently they don’t think so.
Dr.Miner is amazing. She makes sure that I understands everything and my options. Her staff is always friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10.
I have had such a great experience here. Amy Helms is the nurse practitioner that I see and she is empathetic, listens to your concerns, and overall a wonderful provider. They called me quickly with results and got me in for a follow up appointment within the week. I am really grateful to find such good care and would highly recommend this OB practice.
