Bought an $80 dz of roses for my Wife on valentines day,worst roses i've ever seen!They never opened, called & complained....Ms.Kelley was not there,talked to a lady who took my no. & said she'd call back ...WRONG! Never returned call.Roses @ wal mart are a lot prettier & cheaper....will not use Paula Kelley florists again.

I sent flowers to my parents, I ordered over the phone. 60 bucks came out of my account but they never received the flowers, not only am I bummed out that I couldn't make today special for them, but I'm upset they said they could and I paid for it.. /:
I had a death in the family and was not able to be there. I looked up flower shops in the Yellow Book and called Paula Kelly's Shop. The Lady was very Helpful, Quick and a Joy to work with. I got what I wanted at a fair Price and I Enjoyed spending my money with Paula's Shop. The next time I'am in Paris I will stop in and meet these Folks.
