Paula was the perfect sales agent for selling my relative’s house. I first contacted her about a year before I planned to sell it. She gave me excellent info on what to expect and why. In my opinion this is one of the worst experiences I have experienced. Rude. Condescending. Made me feel Unvalued. I’d recommend someone else.
Wife and I hired Paula to represent us in sale of our home. She went above and beyond by helping us clean and provided staging in her services. Paula got us two offers over asking price in 4 days on market. She helped us navigate repair negotiations and closed in 2 weeks and a day. We netted $10,000 over ask price and Paula set a record closing time for a home purchase requiring a loan. This is the 2nd time we have hired her to represent us. Highly recommended realtor that goes the extra mile for her clients.
